Delivery failure
If, after two attempts, home delivery of your parcel becomes impossible, we will try to find a safe location to leave it, for example your closest post office. We will also leave you a message to let you know where your package is and how to pick it up. If you are away from the shipping address at the delivery time, please contact us to agree on another delivery date.
If you have waited until your estimated delivery date and the package has not yet arrived please allow some extra days for your order to be delivered. Especially during busy holiday periods.
If, 15 days after your parcel has been shipped and the package has not yet been delivered for reasons not attributable to us or you believe you item has been lost, please contact us at contact@siugstudio.com.
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@siugstudio.com and send us your contact information, order number and item code you'd like to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
You can always contact us for any return question at contact@siugstudio.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
